Return Policy
To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to being sent back.
To qualify for a return:
- All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Products must be in new, resalable condition
- Opened packages are not eligible for return
Please note:
- Order processing and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed
- All approved returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
